We celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles or Matumba every year at an appointed place as stated in Lev 23 and Deut 16.

Leviticus 23: 33 – 34: The Lord said to Moses, “Say to the Israelites: ‘On the fifteenth day of the seventh month the Lord’s Festival of Tabernacles begins, and it lasts for seven days”.

Just as the gospels recorded that our Lord Jesus Christ celebrated the special festival of tabernacles, and so should we (John 7 & 8). Our main purpose as Christians is to lead a Christ-like life and strive to follow in his footsteps.
